How to Order

Please provide the following information

  1. Names (Please provide full names of both bride and groom
  2. Address
  3. Phone number
  4. Item name, Quantity
  5. For printed items, please also include the following information:
  6. Event date (If possible, please tell us the approximate date you will be sending out the invitations.)
  7. Ink color, Font
  8. For invitations, include seal type
  9. Printing contents
    • Invitations − Wording, Return Address
    • Response Cards or Postcards − Return Address(es)(up to 2 addresses)
    • Placecards − Guest list(MSExcel,MSWord, Illustrator or text file)
    • Seating Chart − Table arrangement and guest list/seating arrangement(MSExcel, MSWord, Illustrator)
    • Menu/Other − Contents

Order Flow - Printed Items

  1. Based on the order information you provide, we will create what we call an "image file," a PDF or JPEG file showing your wording on the chosen card and send it to you by email.
    You can make any changes you would like and we will send you a revised file. (This communication process can take time. We recommend ordering early.)
  2. We can send you a physical proof, if you so desire.
    (You can still make changes at this point.)
  3. After you give us the "Go," we will print and send your invitations to you as quickly as possible.
    (We typically ship within a day of receiving the "go." Longer for Seating Charts.)
  4. Methods of payment: Please select from Postal Remittance, Payment on Delivery (Cash, Credit, Debit).
    In the case of Postal Transfer, we will include a transfer slip. Please make your payment within one week of receiving your order.
